A: No, we do try to find our clients job positions that are qualified for their immigration purposes in Canada if our clients have such needs. However, our main goal is to find our clients dream careers that will set their feet in the corporate world. Because our career engagement services are so unique, we do not charge clients extremely high rates like Immigration companies which charge $70-80K. Instead, we charge a small percentage based on the salary of their future job. If a client requires sponsorship for immigration purposes, we can also attempt to make amends with the employer to best fit the client’s needs.
A: Because we have a lot of inside referral opportunities, and our previous cases haven't experienced any issues locating a job within 90 days. However, due to the demand of the job market, a client may receive multiple job offers all at once and are lingering in deciding which one to select, which may sometimes surpass the 90 days. If in any chance an issue arises where a client cannot land any job offers, we will still get them trained and well connected with employers from the corporate world to ensure they still have a bright future. Even during times of need such as the Covid-19 pandemic, we've still successfully landed all our clients their dream jobs within 90 days.
A: No, we send out our client's resumes to multiple companies within the 90-day period. It's beneficial for both our clients and us if the client receives a job with a higher salary. Because we charge a percentage of the client's salary as pay, the higher the salary is, the more we profit as a company. Therefore, we try out best to help all our clients land a job that is suitable and with a high paying salary.
A: The main difference between our career engagement services and a Recruiting Firm is we work very closely with clients who are looking for jobs, vs. a Recruiting Firm that works closely with companies to locate them employees. We create a personal and unique package for every single client based on the expectations and needs. Such as resume writing, interview techniques, dress codes, corporate language, presentation guidelines, etc. We care about our clients and treat them like family, where as a Recruiting Firm is more fast paced and only looks out for the employer’s needs.

If in any case you are let go from the job we found for you, depending on the situation we will continue finding you a job without charging any new or extra fees. However, the reason must be valid and the company's problem and not your own personal issues. Such as the company going out of business, layoffs etc. If you are fired because you are always late, skip out on work, cannot complete tasks on time then that will be your own responsibility and not covered by Alba.
A: We begin by taking a down payment then enrolling our clients into our program. Next, we would like to provide consulting services to help our clients navigate their career paths. Meanwhile, taking an evaluation of our client’s personal circumstances and write a resume for the client. This is based on school degree, work/volunteer experiences, personal skills, etc. Following that is a background check, then we will start sending out your resumes. Throughout the job searching process, we will also provide 1 on 1 training with our career consultants to improve our clients interview performances to maximize the chances winning the competition.
